Understanding risk is important for building a more resilient world. The WEF’s Global Risk Report is a good ESG resource and economic read that is based solely on perceived risks.
The crises we face today, viewed from a 2-year perspective, include cost of living, social and political polarisation, challenges in food and energy supplies, low growth, and geopolitical confrontation.
Interestingly, among more pessimistic views, some remain optimistic, especially younger respondents. ‘Nearly one in five respondents predict limited volatility with relative – and potentially renewed – stability in the next 10 years.’
