My Big Five Personality Traits (UnderstandMyself)

The Big Five model measures personality across five traits: Extraversion, Neuroticism, Agreeableness, Conscientiousness, and Openness to Experience. The model uses a quantitative measure called factor analysis, a data reduction technique that statistically surfaces the main underlying factors or structure of personality across a large group of people, highlighting the variability in those traits.

The Big Five personality model originated from studies by various Paul Costa and Robert McCrae. The version of the Big Five test developed by Dr. Jordan Peterson, Dr. Daniel Higgins, and Dr. Robert O. Pihl can be taken at understandmyself.com.
